Open for business

Software your whole organisation stands on.

Pinnacle Systems is the engineering company of Yousef, a systems engineer. I design and build complete platforms, from the first conversation with your staff to the server they run on.

How it fits together

A system is its handoffs.

This is how a system looks in a typical organisation. Pick a role to see what it does and where its work goes next.

Or follow one piece of work

See for yourself

Try to leave this exam.

A timed exam is where a system gets tested for real: a full room, a timer, and answers nobody can afford to lose. So answers save as you go, and the supervisor is told when someone leaves.

Answer a question, then switch to another tab and come back. On a phone, tap Leave the exam.

Under the surface

The layers nobody sees, and everybody relies on.

Getting help

Support tickets are built in and answered from inside the system.

Who gets in

New users verify their email, then wait for an administrator to approve them. People with several jobs choose which role they are working in.

Reports

Reports export to Excel, because that is where managers often need them.

Years

Work is organised by year, so a new year starts clean and past years stay available.

The record

Activity and system logs can be searched by name, email, ID or IP address.

Bedrock

Administrators see server status, uptime, database size and upload storage, and can run a backup when they need one.

How we work together

Every climb has four camps.

  1. Base camp

    Listen to every role

What each person does, what they wait for, and what they work around today.

  2. Camp 1

    Map the system

Who hands what to whom. You approve the map before any code gets written.

  3. Camp 2

    Build in working pieces

Real people use each part early, so problems surface while they are cheap to fix.

  4. Summit

    Launch and stay close

Your system goes live, with one engineer who knows all of it.
